We do not offer services to individuals or ultimate beneficial owners of companies looking to secure mortgages or debt on their own main residences or their place of residence, it must be for commercial or investment purposes only.

The client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their choice of mortgage or financial solution. Aura Capital, as a broker or introducer only provides term sheets or introductions to lenders, the final decision rests with you the client. The client understands the importance of thoroughly reviewing and assessing the terms, conditions, and implications of the chosen mortgage or financial solution, and accepts full responsibility for any consequences arising from their decision.
