The type of personal information we collect

Financial information: Income, employment details, credit history, bank account details, and financial statements information, in accordance with the Bridging Loan or Mortgage application.

Communication information: Records of your communications with us, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.

How we get your personal information and why we collect it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
To assess your eligibility for mortgage products in accordance with the Lenders or Bridging Finance application requirements.

Your information is securely stored in our cloud-based database hosted by Google, with data centers located Globally.
We keep your personal identification and financial information for 7 years after your last interaction with us. We will then dispose of this information by permanently deleting digital records and securely shredding physical documents.
